How to register income tax in Pakistan

In order to register for income tax in Pakistan, you will need to follow these steps:

Obtain a National Tax Number (NTN) from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

File an application for registration with the FBR, along with your NTN and other required documents.   Once your registration is approved, you will be issued a National Tax Number (NTN)

File annual income tax returns with the FBR, using your TIN, by the due date.
