Register for sale tax in Pakistan
In order to register for sales tax in Pakistan, you will need to follow these steps:
Obtain a National Tax Number (NTN) from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
File an application for registration with the FBR, along with your NTN, relevant documents and any other information required by the FBR.
Obtain a Sales Tax Registration Certificate (STRN) by providing all the information required by the FBR.
File monthly, quarterly or annual returns with the FBR, using your STRN, by the due date.
Obtain a National Sales Tax Number (NSTN) by providing all the information required by the FBR
Obtain a Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) from the Sales Tax Department.
